How does it work?

The Elettra Station Based formula is perfect if you need a car for a few hours or days, you can do everything via the App or in the Customer Area of the site, at any time.

Open the map, select a car park and choose the car you need.

Book your car by indicating the date and time of the start and end of the rental.

The license plate of the vehicle will be assigned to you 60 minutes before the rental.

Go to the Elettra car park you have chosen, unlock the car via the App by reading the QR Code or entering the license plate number.

You can use the bus lanes, pass freely in the traffic limited ZTL and ZSL zones and park for free in the Blue parking lines of on-street parking spots and the ‘Blue Island’ quick stop parking areas.

You can find Station Based cars in the 45 Elettra parking areas located between Pegli and Nervi.

Open the map in Station Based mode, search for the nearest car park / parking lot and book your car.

You will still find some petrol or diesel vans in the Elettra Station Based fleet: these are vehicles that we use until the end of their lease to then replace them.

How to recharge the car.

If you book a long rental or if you need to travel many km, you may need to stop to recharge.

The D-Mobility Card that you find in the glove compartment allows you to recharge at the infrastructures affiliated with Duferco Energia services. All charging points, in Italy and in Europe, can be viewed on the mobility.dufercoenergia.com site map and in the D-Mobility App, even without registering.
